Upon arrival please check in at the placement room (during hours of operation). At that time you will receive:

Computer Terminals will also be availabe in the placement room to check messages and set up any last minute interviews (through your own personal email) , please be sure you are able to access your email remotely and have left the proper email address on your listing
Schools: At the registration desk, you will also be asked for the room number or optional number of where you can be reached. This is optional, but if given will only be released to applicants registered with our service so they can locate you.
Interviewing Instructions for Schools
Interviewing will take place in a designated hall divided into interviewing booth. The booths are available for rental at an additional cost, to book the interview booth please fill out the attached form - here:

Please Note: Interview space is limited and will be booked based on a first come first serve basis
If you will be interviewing in a suite or meeting room, please drop by the placement room and notify us of the room location so applicants will know where to find you. The AMA asks that interviews not be conducted in “standard” hotel rooms. Interview Hotel Suites are no longer available.
Interviewing Instructions for Applicants
Most inteviews will take place in a designated interviewing area or in the Hotel Suites. To access the inteviewing area you must be registered for placement and be wearing a placement badge. We will have a listing at the placement desk of where to reach most schools in case you need to reach someone that you are interviewing with.
